1. About these terms
[Contracting entity, registered address, governing law]
2. What Trnzit is (and isn’t)
Trnzit is a technology platform only. Trnzit and the Trnznd Group do not provide custodial, money transmission, payment, exchange or investment services, and never hold client assets or private keys. All transactions are executed by your own chosen providers on your instructions. Trnzit supports Ethereum, Solana and Tron only; transactions on other chains cannot be carried out or monitored with Trnzit.
3. Plans, prices and payment
Free plan: one user, for one person or a one-person business, with unlimited own software and hardware wallets (no exchange or custodian connections), no end date and no charge. Business $490/year or $49/month; Premium $2,990/year or $299/month. Enterprise: negotiated, under a separate service agreement. Payable in USD (Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal), USDT or USDC. [Taxes, currency, billing dates]
4. Free plan and free trials
The Free plan has no end date. Business and Premium plans paid by card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal include a 30-day free trial. Your payment details are authorised when you sign up, but no payment is taken. Cancel within 30 days and you pay nothing; otherwise your first payment is taken on day 31. Plans paid in USDT or USDC, monthly or annual, are paid in advance; if cancelled within 30 days, the payment is refunded in full.
5. Cancellation
After the first 30 days, cancel with at least 30 days’ notice; the service ends on the renewal date. [How to give notice; refunds; consumer cancellation rights where applicable]
5a. Changing plan
You may upgrade at any time; the new plan and a new contract begin immediately. If you upgrade part way through an annual plan, a new 12-month plan starts at the higher price, and the unused part of your current plan is credited against it. Monthly plans work the same way: the new plan starts immediately at the higher fee, the unused part of your current month is credited against your first new monthly fee, and every month after that is charged on the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
6. Your responsibilities
[Provider accounts, credentials, approvals, accuracy of instructions]
7. Liability
[To be drafted by counsel]
