About Trnzit
What is Trnzit?
Trnzit is a treasury management platform from the Trnznd Group, currently focused on stablecoins on Ethereum, Solana and Tron. It gives you one login and one view across your crypto exchange accounts, custodians, and software and hardware wallets, with approval policies that control what can happen in them.
Is Trnzit an exchange, wallet provider or custodian?
No. Trnzit is a technology platform only. It isn’t a wallet provider, a custodian, an exchange or an investment platform. Your assets stay with the providers you already use, and those providers carry out every transaction on your instructions.
Does Trnzit give investment advice or manage assets?
No. Trnzit doesn’t advise on, recommend or manage investments. It simplifies and centralises control of the accounts you already hold.
Who is Trnzit for?
Mainly institutional and corporate treasury teams, finance directors and family offices. It’s also useful for experienced individuals with many accounts across exchanges and wallets.
Custody & security
Does Trnzit ever hold my private keys or assets?
No. Trnzit and the Trnznd Group never hold private keys, seed phrases or client assets, and never take custody. You keep control and custody at all times.
If Trnzit doesn’t hold private keys, how do transactions happen?
You (and, for organisations, your approvers) approve an instruction in Trnzit. Trnzit passes it through a secure API to the provider you selected, and that provider executes it. For multi-signature wallets, the signing keys are held by your own members, never by Trnzit.
How does Trnzit stop one person moving funds alone?
Business accounts can set M-of-N approval policies, authority levels and whitelisted addresses, so material actions need more than one person. Initiators can’t approve their own requests, and policy changes need approval too. Individual account holders keep sole control of their own accounts.
What happens if a transaction is made outside Trnzit?
If a transaction happens on a connected wallet, exchange account or custodian without going through Trnzit, you get an email and an in-platform notification, sent as soon as it’s identified. This is on every plan, including Free. For organisations, administrators choose who is alerted for each connection. Monitoring covers Ethereum, Solana and Tron only; activity on other chains isn’t monitored.
Trnzit never holds your keys, so it can’t stop a transaction made directly at a provider or from your own wallet. The alert means you know about it and can act.
How is my Trnzit login protected?
Multi-factor authentication is required every time you sign in: a magic link sent to your email, plus a code from an authenticator app. It protects your sensitive information and the access Trnzit has to your connected exchanges, custodians and wallets, so a stolen password alone isn’t enough to get in.
Will Trnzit ever ask for my seed phrase?
Never. Not by email, phone, chat or in the app. If someone asks, it isn’t us. Please report it to [security contact email].
What certifications or audits does Trnzit have?
We’ll publish independently verified security information on our Security & Governance page as it becomes available. We don’t list certifications, audits or licences that aren’t in place. [Update when confirmed]
Connections
What can I connect?
Crypto exchange accounts, crypto custodians, self-hosted software wallets and hardware wallets. The Free plan lets you add as many of your own software and hardware wallets as you like. Exchange accounts and custodians can be connected on paid plans. See supported providers.
What are payment requests?
A payment request asks someone to pay you, with the amount and the address to pay to. Send it by email, by WhatsApp to a number in your own contacts, or directly to another Trnzit user on your whitelist. You can create requests on every plan. From Business upwards, you can attach a PDF, JPG or PNG, such as an invoice, to keep your records together. Requests work on Ethereum, Solana and Tron only.
How are requests sent by email and WhatsApp?
By email, the request comes from a trnznd.io address. The email names you as the sender and includes any notes or reference you add, so your payee knows who it is from. If they reply, the reply goes straight to your own email address, not to us.
By WhatsApp, Trnzit opens WhatsApp on your phone or desktop with the request ready. You choose the contact, confirm, and it goes as a message from you to your payee. Trnzit structures the request, but you send it.
Can someone without Trnzit pay my request?
Yes. They open the request from the link you send and can check its details without logging in or signing up. They then scan the QR code or copy the address, and pay from their own wallet or exchange. A payee who uses Trnzit can receive and settle the request without leaving the portal. Once a request is settled, it appears in your statement history, with its attachment where there is one.
Can I move assets between exchanges and wallets?
Yes. Inside an exchange account, you can convert assets into any other asset that exchange lists, through its API. Moving assets between exchanges, custodians or wallets is an on-chain transfer, so it has to use a supported network: Ethereum, Solana or Tron.
Which blockchains are supported?
Ethereum, Solana and Tron only. Transactions on other chains can’t be carried out or monitored with Trnzit.
Which stablecoins does Trnzit support?
Trnzit focuses on stablecoins, including USDT, USDC, EURC, USDS, USDe and DAI. Not every stablecoin is issued on every network, so what you can hold depends on the network and on what your provider supports. Other assets you hold on supported networks also appear in your balances. [Confirm supported stablecoins per network with the technical team]
Which multi-signature wallets are supported?
Safe (formerly Gnosis Safe) for Ethereum assets, and Squads for Solana-based assets. In both, the signing keys are held by your own members, never by Trnzit.
Can I open new accounts through Trnzit?
Trnzit lists exchanges and on- and off-ramp providers you can open accounts with. You open each account directly with the provider, under its own terms and checks, and then connect it to Trnzit. See supported providers.
What does Trnzit store to connect my accounts?
Trnzit stores the API details you provide to connect each account, with the narrowest access each provider allows. It never stores private keys or seed phrases. You can revoke a connection at any time. [Draft, to be confirmed by our technical team: API details are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), with keys held in a separate key management service.] See Security & Governance.
Can I disconnect a provider?
Yes, at any time, from Trnzit or by withdrawing access directly at the provider.
Pricing & billing
How much does Trnzit cost?
There’s a Free plan with no end date. Business costs $49 a month or $490 a year, and Premium $299 a month or $2,990 a year. Enterprise is priced by negotiation. Annual billing gives you two months free. See Pricing for what each plan includes.
How can I pay?
Prices are in US dollars. You can pay in USD by Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal, or in USDT or USDC. [Confirm accepted USDT/USDC networks]
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is for one person, or a one-person business: one user, your own organisation under your business name, and as many of your own software and hardware wallets as you like (MetaMask, Phantom, Ledger and most others) on Ethereum, Solana and Tron. It includes automatic safety checks on every payment, unlimited payments and receipts, balances refreshed on demand, statement and CSV export, and help-centre and email support (answered within 3 working days). It has no end date.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days on Business and Premium when you pay by card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal. Your payment details are authorised when you sign up, but no payment is taken. Cancel within 30 days and you pay nothing; otherwise your first payment is taken on day 31.
If you pay in USDT or USDC, you pay in advance for a monthly or annual plan, and get a full refund if you cancel within 30 days.
Why do I give payment details for a free trial?
So your plan can carry on without interruption if you decide to keep it. Your details are authorised at sign-up, but nothing is taken until day 31, and only if you haven’t cancelled.
How do I cancel?
During a free trial, cancel within 30 days and you pay nothing. If you paid in USDT or USDC, cancel within 30 days for a full refund. The Free plan never needs cancelling. After the trial, cancel with at least 30 days’ notice; the service ends on your renewal date. [Confirm how notice is given]
Getting started
My company doesn’t use digital assets yet. Can Trnzit help?
Yes. Contact our support team for information on getting started: [support email], or use the contact page.
How long does set-up take?
Minutes. As soon as you sign up, you can start connecting your providers and inviting your team members.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and your new plan and contract start immediately. If you upgrade part way through an annual plan, a new 12-month plan starts at the higher price, and the unused part of your current plan is credited against it. Monthly plans work the same way: the new plan starts immediately at the higher fee, the unused part of your current month is credited against your first new monthly fee, and every month after that is charged on the new plan.
Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
